Marina Fernández, visual artist based in Barcelona.


Marina combines personal work with commissioned projects. In 2024, her first project “Algo que me queda” has been published as a photobook by La Mirada Creadora editorial and has won the Young Author award in the "Educando La Mirada" contest by the Foto Platja d'Aro association. Her work explore themes such as identity, the complexities of human relationships and personal conflicts.

Photography Festivals


2023-2024 | Volunteer in the experimental photography project “Amares Azielos” by Carol Priego at the Quatre Camins youth penitentiary center. This project participated in the Panoràmic photography festival, Barcelona.

2021 | Selected with the project in progress “Cormorán” for the “MAPS” event at the GetxoPhoto festival, Getxo.
